Seat 43C on the SAS A330 was surprisingly comfortable for a standard economy seat. Located in the middle section, it offered decent legroom despite being near the back of the cabin. The seat reclined enough to make the long-haul flight more manageable, though not drastically. This was a surprise! Armrests are LOCKED DOWN in 47A 47B 47C. Apparently for safety reasons. I had the row to myself and planned to stretch out during the 14hr flight. No worries because I slept easily as required and suffered no jet lag. Excellent flight

Being 6ft 2in, and the 15 hr flight, I splurged on the extra charge for this preferred seat. The great thing about this bulkhead unlike row 31, is that there is no lavatory here, or people queuing up beside you for it. Also the bulkhead wall opens up in front of this seat unlike seats A and B, so you can totally stretch your legs fully.
